Collection: Returns, Refunds & Cancellation
Please carefully read and understand our cancellation and refund policy outlined below:
- Order Cancellation: To initiate a cancellation, please contact our customer support team via 70970-99111 (11:00 AM – 06:00 PM). We will do our best to accommodate your request if the order has not been dispatched from our warehouse.
Refund Eligibility: Refunds will be processed only in the following circumstances:
- Non-Dispatched Orders: If your order has not been dispatched from our warehouse, you are eligible for a full refund.
- Defective or Damaged Products: If you receive a product that is defective or damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the product. We will arrange for a return and, upon inspection of the returned item, provide you with a full refund or a replacement as per your preference.
- Refund Process: To initiate a refund, please contact our customer support team at 70970-99111. Once your refund request is verified and approved, we will process the refund within 4-5 business days. The refund will be issued using the same payment method used during the initial purchase. For cash on delivery orders, we will initiate a bank transfer against the billing details shared by you.
Exclusions: Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
- If the product has already been dispatched from our warehouse.
- If you change your mind after the cancellation window has passed and the order has been dispatched.
- If the product shows signs of use, damage, or alteration.
- If the return request is not made within the specified timeframes.
